"Lee and his workman did an extension and general renovation work for us earlier this year and we're really happy with the work. It all went to plan in terms of budget and time frame. They were very good in keeping us updated on what was happening. We agreed to a payment plan upfront where we'd pay them when different stages were completed and that worked very well. The workman that Lee worked with was very good and if they said they were going to be here at 8am, they were here at 8am and worked all through the day. One of our neighbors saw their work and they've already had a downstairs shower room and alterations done in their kitchen by Lee and his partner.
